The software is an internal invoicing tool used to create customer invoices, connect to QuickBooks Online, retrieve invoice information, download invoice PDFs, send invoices where enabled, and print invoices to configured printers.
Haniya Interiors LTD grants authorised users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the software only for legitimate business operations.

Haniya Interiors LTD may update, change, restrict, suspend, or discontinue the software or integrations at any time.
The software is provided “as is” and “as available”. Haniya Interiors LTD does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Haniya Interiors LTD will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the software.
Access may be removed at any time if a user leaves the business, no longer requires access, breaches this agreement, or presents a security risk.
This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
